Quinn’s preschool made gingerbread houses like these last year. This year he managed to come home with two of them!
The milk cartons make it a lot easier for the kiddos to create their designs. They also use graham crackers instead of actual gingerbread. Again a great idea in my mind. I don’t like ginger bread.
Then frosting and candy to decorate! Easy Peasy!
Quinn also made his own Menorah. They had a real Menorah as an example for the kids but let the kids go to town on their own design.
Quinn told me about this one night. And he accurately described it. When I picked him up the next day, I easily spotted his orange and black, 2 candle Menorah.
Only my child makes a Menorah inspired by Halloween. I don’t think any of the other ones I saw looked FAB-U-LOUS but Quinn’s definitely stuck out among them.
I loved this easy preschool holiday craft idea too! They just used wood or plastic bases and let the kids paint them. Then glued down nuts to hold the candles. I guess Quinn thought 2 was good enough.
