We definitely get our fair share of treats during the holidays, so I love finding easy and fun ways to sneak in healthy snacks during the holidays. My fruit Christmas Tree was a big hit in our house, so I thought I would try my hand at a veggie Christmas Tree.  Using broccoli as a the tree base is very common but I’m not a huge fan of raw broccoli, so I thought I’d change it up and use snow peas instead. 🙂

Adding golden and cherry tomatoes make the perfect Christmas tree decorations. I added cauliflower for snow since we rarely see it in Arizona. 😉

I found these adorable star dishes at Michael’s for $1 and KNEW it would be perfect for the top of my tree! I make my own ranch dip using fat-free sour cream (and ranch dressing mix). Eating of my veggie tray is truly guilt free!
