We were introduced to BB-8 in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Was it possible to have a droid cuter than R2? Don’t worry R2-D2 and BB-8 became fast friends, although C3-P0 seemed to reserver his judgement a bit.
BB-8 inspired a ton a creative projects all over the web including our BB8 costume, BB-8 paper lantern and a round up with lots of fun BB-8 ideas.

BB-8 becomes Rey’s companion after he meets her on Jakku while trying to complete a mission for the Resistance.

Finn, formerly stormtrooper FN-2187 also meets Rey and BB-8 on Jakku before they all flee together.
Star Wars Coloring Pages – Poe Dameron
Poe and BB-8 were partners in the resistance and during The Force Awakens, BB8 fears he’s been killed. He does survive though and also had recently met Finn, who helped him escape The First Order.
