Easy DIY Big Hero 6 Baymax cookies

I hope you had a chance to see the #1 movie in America this weekend. We loved Big Hero 6 and will definitely be seeing it again soon. If you haven’t seen it yet be sure to check out my thoughts on the movie here. Quinn and Elliot already have several Big Hero 6 toys on their Christmas list, I am pretty sure Baymax will be a staple in our house for a long time!

Speaking of Baymax, I decided to surprise the boys with DIY Baymax cookies. They are super easy and can be done in under an hour!

Easy Big Hero 6 Baymax cookies

With the holidays fast approaching, I am already finding myself short on time so I went with a super quick cookie option. Ready to bake sugar cookies (even clearance Halloween ones) totally work for this project. Don’t let me hold you back though, if you have a favorite sugar cookie recipe and extra time on your hands, go for it.

I did use royal icing on these cookies (a first for me) but to keep the project quick and easy a jar of white frosting would also work. Let the frosting dry a bit, then apply black decorating gel to create Baymax’s eyes!
