I started in the party supply section which had lots of fun birthday party ideas. Picking Jake and the Neverland Pirates was a no brainer for my boys. Our party was going to be grandparents and aunts/uncles so I didn’t need the party favors but I loved that I could buy themed party favors and goodie bags for a reasonable price! I did pick up a set of eye patches so everyone could be pirate!
In the toy section I picked up a fun Jake and the Neverland Pirate LEGO set for a little friend’s birthday party (his party was the day before Quinn’s). I swear September is the busiest birthday season!
I also found a couple of fun gift options for Quinn including a Jake and the Neverland Pirates kite. My favorite find though was Captain Hook treasure chest full of costume accessories. We already had DIY Jake costumes covered but nothing for Captain Hook!
The beauty of picking up themed birthday party supplies is that you can then use stuff you already have at home to coordinate either with colors. Plus we might have already had a big pirate flag hanging up in the their room. 😉
We also pulled out some of our existing Jake and Neverland Pirate toys to help decorate. Throw in some pizza, salad and cake and we had the easiest birthday party ever, despite my time limitations right now! Most importantly both boys had a blast!
