Win A Set of National Geographic Books

School is back in session but we had a great summer with a couple of National Parks adventures. Right after school ended in May we took the train to the Grand Canyon and stayed overnight.

Then later in the summer we returned to Yosemite for another stay in the yurts. My only real recommendation when visiting Yosemite is to avoid July because it’s hot. And unfortunately it wasn’t the ‘normal hot’ when we were there. They were experiencing an excessive heat wave, lucky us.

We’ve already planned a trip to Yellowstone for next summer and might try and sneak in a trip to some of the Utah National Parks (like Zion) over spring break!

National Geographic sent us a great set of books for the boys to help us plan our next road trip and National Parks adventure:

National Geographic Kids National Parks Guide U.S.A.

  • This book covers all the National Parks in the US. We have so many more to see and this will help us prioritize which parks we want to visit next.

National Geographic Kids Ultimate U.S Road Trip Atlas, 2nd Edition

  • Maps of all 50 states along with interesting facts and places to visit are in included in this book. Along with games and activities there is plenty of things to keep your kids busy on a road trip with this book.

All the books are interesting but the first book he grabbed was the 125 Wacky Roadside Attractions.

125 Wacky Roadside Attractions

  • Use this book to plan your next road trip around a wacky roadside attraction. Or search the state you plan on visit next in the index to see what quirky attraction you can add on to your next road trip.

Plus they sent the National Geographic Kids Almanac 2022, Brain Candy 2 and More Surprising Stories Behind Everyday Stuff.

One winner will receive the same set of National Geographic Books that we did.

Thank you National Geographic Kids for providing the books for this giveaway.
