Gluten Free Double Peanut Butter Cookies

While many people choose to combine chocolate with peanut butter, we are bigger fans of even more peanut butter. We couldn’t help modifying this simple recipe from My Crazy Good Life and using peanut butter chips to make gluten free double peanut butter cookies!!

Gluten Free Double Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together. Then add baking soda and fold in peanut butter chips. Spoon 1 inch balls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes. That’s it.

Seriously those peanut butter chips make these amazingly easy cookies, just over the top in yummy peanut butter awesomeness. 🙂
