I absolutely love how my Porg Easter Basket turned out but not everyone loves porgs (blasphemy I know!). Plus porgs are fairly new, so porg merchandise can be hard to find. Today I thought I’d share a much easier easter basket idea, an Avengers Easter Basket. Perfect with Avengers: Infinity War arriving in theaters next month!

How to make an easy DIY Avengers Easter Basket filled with items featuring your kid's favorite characters from Marvel movies like Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and Hulk.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is huge, with close to 20 films in the past 10 years, there are plenty of characters for kids to like, Plus just about every store sells some sort of Avengers merchandise. There should be no problem finding fun Avengers items to fill the basket!

Add a logo to create a DIY Avengers Easter basket

You can even find premade Avengers Easter Baskets but I prefer to make my own. It’s cheaper and I choose a container that my kids may use again for storage, playing outside, whatever. For the Avengers Easter basket, I went with a simple black basket because I wanted to add a white Avengers logo to it.

Just google “Avengers logo SVG” and you will find a variety of files that will work in your Cricut cutting machine. If you don’t use cutting machines, you could always just print the logo on cardstock and attach it the basket with double-sided tape. It’s not a permanent application but would still make a fun basket.

Once you’ve attached the Avengers logo to the basket, you can fill it with whatever Avenger’s merchandise works best for you.

Avengers Easter Basket Ideas

Practical: t-shirts, toothbrushes, swimsuit, etc

Character Specific: Fill it with all Hulk/Captain America/etc, basically whoever your kid’s fave character is.

Color Themed: Pick an infinity stone color and only fill the basket with that color!
