Deadpool Costume Variant Ideas

Deadpool has been a very popular Halloween costume for several years now. I do expect to see some really fun Deadpool Costume variant ideas this Halloween since the general public was introduced to many of the Deadpool variants in Deadpool & Wolverine movie this summer.

I thought it would be helpful and fun to share some of our Deadpool costume variant ideas for Halloween this year. This list is not comprehensive but rather a small sampling of ideas that I thought would be fairly easy to semi-DIY with different costume pieces.

Could you make a Deadpool costume? Sure. Although with so many details and accessories, it would be a very involved Halloween costume project. Since my plan was to share Deadpool variant costume ideas, I decided to just buy a pre-made Deadpool costume and add key accessories.

Cowboy Deadpool Costume Idea

My first Deadpool costume variant idea is Cowboy Deadpool. For a Cowboy Deadpool costume, you will want a red bandana, cowboy hat, cowboy boots, cowboy holster and gun. How elaborate or authentic you get depends on how much or time you want to spend. I find most people are looking for fun, easy costumes on Halloween and less authentic cosplay type versions.

Nicepool Costume Idea

Nicepool was an obvious choice for me to share because my son already has hair similar to Nicepool. If you don’t, then a wig might help. Beyond not wearing the mask, the most key accessory to me was Dogpool. However, some people might want to add the gold Desert Eagle toy guns as well.

These are all great ideas for friends if you plan on hosting a Deadpool costume party for Halloween! My family loves having a fun Halloween costume theme and Deadpool would be great – especially for teens or adults.
