Big Hero 6 Baymax Rice Krispie Treats

These Baymax Rice Krispie Treats couldn’t be easier! In fact with his simple design, I am sure you will see another Big Hero 6 project or two here on Desert Chica soon.

Baymax Rice Krispie Treats cookie cutter

Follow you favorite Rice Krispies treat recipe but place a long sheet of wax paper into the pan before pressing the rice krispie treat mixture in. Once your rice krispie treats are cooled, you can easily lift up the entire batch out of the pan. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles for Baymax. I ended up squishing the circles a bit because his head is really more oval like.

Baymax Rice Krispie Treats

Frost the top of each rice krispie treats with white Royal frosting. You could also use white chocolate but I prefer frosting to white chocolate. Regular frosting could work but wouldn’t harden as well.

I had black candy pieces leftover from the snow man kit I used for our Olaf donut treats. I used the candies for his eyes and then drew a line between them with black gel frosting.

Baymax Rice Krispie Treats Pop

Turn them into Baymax pops by inserting a stick into your Baymax Rice Krispie Treats!

Have you seen Big Hero 6 yet?
