Today I’m sharing easy Easter cookies, in fact, the easiest Easter cookies you can make at home! I found an adorable bottle of Easter Sprinkles complete with grass and brightly colored eggs and knew they would be PERFECT for this recipe.

Super Easy Easter Cookies

This is recipe is one of those amazingly simple cake mix cookie recipes. You might already have all the ingredients on hand at home!

Easy Easter Cookies

Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 C + 1 TB Canola Oil
2 Eggs
Adorable Grass and Easter Egg Sprinkles

Easter Sprinkles for Easy Easter Cookies

Combine the eggs and oil with the cake mix. Dump the whole jar of sprinkles in and stir to combine. Typically, I use a few different kinds of sprinkles, but since I was sticking to just the Easter Egg with Grass sprinkles, it made sense to use the whole jar. Obviously, use your own discretion on how many sprinkles you want to add. Chill the dough in the fridge for a few hours. Drop ~1″ balls on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

Easy Easter Cookies from Cake Mix

Come back tomorrow for a cute Easter Pie idea, it’s even easier because doesn’t involve any baking at all!
