It may be hard to top Baby Yoda valentines in cuteness but I’ve always had a soft spot for Star Wars droids, from the original droid BFFs R2-D2 and C3PO to the latest pair BB-8 and D-0. As General Organa said, ‘Never underestimate a droid’. These new Star Wars Droid valentines feature BB-8 and D-0.

I loved my original BB-8 valentines so much, I knew I wanted to include him in my new droids valentines design. We recently met D-0 in the last installment of the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker.

I asked my friend Kate to design this cute graphic of BB-8 and D-0. She is super talented and you can check out more of her work on her website. She also drew the illustration used in my adorable Baby Yoda and Mandalorian valentines.

I created three different versions of the droid valentines using the BB-8 and D-0 illustration. The first one is a nod to D-0’s voice which stutters a bit. It says “H-H-Happy V-Valentine’s Day.” The second version is BB-Mine, similar to my original BB-8 valentines. The last one says “You’re the droid I’m looking for.”
