I don’t know about you buy I love easy recipes. I’m just never going to be a “make everything from scratch” kind of girl. I am almost always the “panic when 4pm rolls around and I have no dinner plan yet” kind of girl. 😉 I am trying to have more on semi-homemade meals on hand so we won’t resort to fast food or frozen pizzas though. One of favorite quick dinners is a simple stir fry made with all Costco purchases!
Easy Costco Stir Fry
- Mr. Yoshida’s Sauce Original Gourmet ~ 1 1/2 cups
- Kirkland Signature Stir Fry Vegetable Blend ~ 1/3 bag
- Minsley GoGo Organic Steamed Brown Rice Bowls -2 bowls
- Kirkland Signature Grilled Chicken Breast Strips ~12 oz
You could save a little money by purchasing uncooked chicken and rice but for me the quickness of this meal is worth the extra expense.
Start by heating the stir fry veggies in a wok, following directions on the bag. Depending upon how much you are making it will likely take the full 10 minutes to cook.
Chop up the chicken strips and heat in another pan on low using 1/2 cup of sauce.
Microwave the brown rice bowls for 90 second each.
Once the veggies are almost done, add 1 cup of sauce and heat up an additional 2 minutes
Combine all ingredients together.
