There’s no denying that I am a Diet Coke addict. However, even I can drink too much soda and need a break. Ice cold water is a nice alternative but sometimes I need a little bit flavor to keep it interesting.

I enjoy the fruit infused water when visiting spas, so I thought it was time to bring a little of that refreshment home! Check out the blueberry and raspberry infused water recipe below.

Raspberry and Blueberry Water

So what do you need to make Blueberry and Raspberry Infused Water? That’s actually quite simple. 🙂

  • One 8 oz. canning jar
  • 1⁄4 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup of fresh raspberries
  • fork, spoon or muddler
Raspberry infused water combined with Blueberry infused water create the ultimate detox drink. Learn how to make a blueberry and raspberry infused water recipe.

Raspberry and Blueberry Water Directions

Add the fresh blueberries and raspberries to your canning jar. Next, gently mash the fruit down with a fork or a spoon so the juice leaks out and infuses your water. If you own a muddler, that would work great too.

Once the fruit is mashed, fill the jar with water, place the cover on, shake it once or twice and place in the fridge overnight. The longer you let it set, the better that water will taste.

*Makes 1 serving. One 8 oz. jar = 1 serving

If you’d prefer to use a larger canning jar, simply double or triple the recipe ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

As summer approaches everyone is looking for healthy recipes to help with improved health and weight loss, Raspberry Infused water combined with Blueberry Infused water makes an awesome alternative to juice using fresh fruit. What if I want to make a large pitcher of this? Is there any reason that I can’t just multiply the recipe and put in a pitcher?
