Forky isn’t the only amazing new character we met in Toy Story 4, Duke Caboom is also a fan favorite. Not only is Duke Caboom an awesome Canadian Stuntman toy, he is voiced by the awesome Keanu Reeves. Whoa! We are celebrating Duke Caboom with a special no carve Duke Caboom Pumpkin!
Toy Story 4 Pumpkin Idea
I like using a craft pumpkin when creating fun pumpkin designs so we can enjoy them year after year! You could use a real pumpkin though if that’s more of your thing. The first thing you need to do is paint your pumpkin white, it may take a few coats.
Paint Duke Caboom Pumkin
Once you have a totally white pumpkin, go ahead and grab your red paint. You will need to paint both the helmet shield and red stripe from Duke Caboom’s motorcycle helmet. By the way you could bypass paint entirely on this project and buy a white craft pumpkin and then use red and brown duct tape, instead of paint.
Duke Caboom Cape Idea
The carefully draw Duke Caboom’s awesome mustache using brown paint. You could stop right here and call it done but I really felt like my Duke Caboom pumpkin needed a cape too. Duke Caboom wears a cape, so I whipped up a simple cape with some white felt scrap and a red maple leaf.
Duke Caboom Maple Leaf Design
I am working on a Duke Caboom costume, so I just miniaturized the cape I am making for that costume. You could print a red maple leaf on sticker paper, cut one out of construction paper, buy a maple leaf sticker or use a cutting machine like a Cricut. I cut out a maple leaf design out of red vinyl using my Cricut Maker.
How to Create a Duke Caboom Pumpkin
I used my hot glue gun to attach the cape to the top of the pumpkin. And that’s it. Yes you Can-Ada create an awesome Toy Story 4 Duke Caboom Pumpkin craft. 😉
