Superhero Costumes are definiltey some of the most popular halloween costume ideas out there. I bet if you stop at any random Halloween party you will find at least a few people dressed in their favorite character whether they are good guy or a super villain.
Superhero Costumes
The superhero genre can be easily split into DC versus Marvel and if you are a regular reader than you could guess that Marvel is my favorite. I do love that there is a wide variety of characters to choose from so you could dress up as a family of superheroes.
Marvel Costumes
I just like Marvel Comics Characters way more, most likely because of all the fun superhero movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel just has a ton of great superhero characters to chooser from.
DC Universe Costumes
I honestly don’t have much to share here compared to Marvel. Although my youngest does love the Flash and his favorite DC comics characters are all related to the Arrowverse. But of course let’s not forget the classics like Batman and Superman or their Justice League.
Other Superhero Costumes
Honestly I don’t really have any non Marvel/DC superhero costumes to share except when Elliot dressed up as Michelangelo for our LEGO movie theme. There is also a couple of DC characters in there too.
Teenage Super Ninja Turtles are the best non Marvel/DC superheroes. If I had to pick the best turtle, it would be Raphael. Because he’s cool but rude. 🙂
